Obtain Pre-Approval from DOFE
Request pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) to initiate the recruitment process.

Receive and Screen Applications
Shortlist candidates based on employer needs and conduct initial screening of applications.
Final Interview
Employers interview shortlisted candidates through video calls or in-person meetings.
Medical Test and Document Submission
Selected candidates undergo biometric medical tests. Documents are digitally sent to the employer.
Visa Processing
Selected candidates receive invitation visas from the employer and we visa process begins.
Worker Preparation
Accept Electronic Visa, open bank accounts, provide insurance, register for the Social Security Fund (SSF), Welfare Fund and free departure dates.
Orientation & Documentation
Provide orientation to the employees, reimbursement of any costs borne by the candidates, and obtain pre-departure documents.
Departure & Placement
Transport workers to the airport, manage their departure, and ensure proper placement with the employer.
Monitoring & Follow-Up
Monitoring workers and providing ongoing support throughout their employment period.
